Media and Reference Library

Use Media Library to collect images, rename them and inspect the larger viewer. Existing image pickers can reuse these assets for book imagery or entity portraits. Check image dimensions and licensing before including artwork in an export; the library is not an online image search.

Reference Library holds reusable creative text such as words, names, dialogue and excerpts. Search or filter to find an entry, then use supported insert/link controls deliberately. References are workspace-level reusable resources, unlike a book-exclusive entity. A reference link should not be mistaken for ownership of another book’s story data.
